These are website Terms & Conditions. They govern use of this Website only, and are not a production contract. They do not replace or take the place of any proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement between Sapphire and a client regarding a specific production project. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding that project, the project-specific written agreement controls.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. About Sapphire Sports Productions

Sapphire Sports Productions LLC is a Minnesota-based, video-first sports production company. We create story-driven sports films and video content for athletes, families, teams, schools, athletic programs, sports organizations, and related sports businesses.

3. Website Use

You may use this Website for legitimate purposes, including viewing our work, learning about our services, and contacting us about a potential project.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose

This Website may display examples of previous production work for portfolio and promotional purposes. Individual projects may involve client-owned materials, athlete likenesses, team or organization branding, trademarks, licensed music, archival material, third-party footage, or other licensed or third-party assets. Ownership and usage rights for individual productions may be addressed by separate agreements and licenses, and nothing on this Website should be read as an overall claim of ownership over every element that appears within a given project.

6. Service Information & Pricing

Service descriptions and pricing shown on this Website are provided for general informational purposes. Sapphire uses both starting prices and custom pricing depending on the project. Pricing shown on the Website does not constitute a binding quote, a guaranteed price, or a contractual offer.

Final pricing, scope, deliverables, production dates, filming requirements, payment terms, travel, revisions, licensing, usage rights, cancellation, rescheduling, and other project-specific matters are established separately through the applicable proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement between Sapphire and the client.

7. Inquiries & Client Relationships

Submitting an inquiry through this Website does not create a client relationship, guarantee Sapphire's availability, guarantee acceptance of a project, or constitute a production agreement. A project is confirmed only according to the separate agreement or booking process Sapphire establishes with the prospective client.

Sapphire may respond to inquiries using the contact information you voluntarily provide, subject to applicable consent requirements.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Sapphire Sports Productions LLC offers the option to receive text messages through our business messaging system. Our website inquiry form allows you to separately and voluntarily opt in to two categories of text messages, using two distinct checkboxes. Neither checkbox is required to submit an inquiry, and neither is selected by default.

• Transactional / non-promotional messages — if you check this box, you agree to receive texts regarding your inquiry, scheduling, reminders, and project updates at the phone number you provide.
• Marketing / promotional messages — if you separately check this box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional texts at the phone number you provide, such as service announcements, availability updates, and offers.

Providing a phone number on our website, by itself, does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
