Every project is scoped individually based on what you want to create. Rather than publish pricing, we talk through your project first, then put together a proposal built around the story, scope, and deliverables that make sense for it.
Nothing complicated. Tell us what you're thinking, even if the idea isn't fully figured out yet. We'll follow up to set up a quick call, and if Sapphire's the right fit, we'll put together a clear scope and next step from there.
Sapphire is based in Minnesota, but we're not limited to Minnesota. If the right story or project takes us somewhere else, we're open to going there. Travel costs will depend on the location and scope, and we'll make sure that's clear before anything is booked.
Sapphire was born in the baseball world, but we're not staying there. We're actively expanding into more sports and looking for athletes, teams, and programs that want to help us tell those stories. If you don't see your sport in our work yet, don't let that stop you from reaching out. You might be part of what's next.
The sooner, the better, especially if you have a specific game, tournament, event, or milestone in mind. Sports schedules fill up quickly, and once a date is booked, it's booked. If you know you want Sapphire there, reach out early.
It depends on what we're making. A game recap or short-form piece is a very different production than an athlete story or documentary film. We'll establish the expected turnaround before the project begins so you know what to expect.
Revisions are part of the conversation when we scope your project, so you'll know what's included before we begin. If you're looking for something specific, just ask.
Yes. For programs that want consistent coverage across a season, Sapphire offers Program Partnerships built around what your program actually needs. Reach out and we can talk through what that could look like.
Sapphire is video-first, that's where our focus is. Photography isn't a primary standalone service, but for projects where it makes sense, partner support may be considered on a project-by-project basis. Bring it up when you reach out and we'll talk through the options.
