FAQ

Sapphire was born in the baseball world, but we're not staying there. We're actively expanding into more sports and looking for athletes, teams, and programs that want to help us tell those stories. If you don't see your sport in our work yet, don't let that stop you from reaching out. You might be part of what's next.

Sapphire is based in Minnesota, but we're not limited to Minnesota. If the right story or project takes us somewhere else, we're open to going there. Travel costs will depend on the location and scope, and we'll make sure that's clear before anything is booked.

The sooner, the better, especially if you have a specific game, tournament, event, or milestone in mind. Sports schedules fill up quickly, and once a date is booked, it's booked. If you know you want Sapphire there, reach out early.

You'll see starting prices for many of our services throughout the site. Those are meant to give you a realistic starting point, not lure you in with a number that changes later. Final pricing depends on what we're creating, how much filming is involved, travel, editing, and the final deliverables. For larger or ongoing projects, we'll build the scope around what you actually need.

It depends on what we're making. A game recap or short-form piece is a very different production than an athlete story or documentary film. We'll establish the expected turnaround before the project begins so you know what to expect.

Sapphire is built around filmmaking and video content, that's where our focus is. For projects where photography makes sense, we may be able to incorporate it through a trusted creative partner. If that's something you need, bring it up when you reach out and we'll talk through the options.

Nothing complicated. Tell us what you're thinking, even if the idea isn't completely figured out yet. We'll take a look, ask the right questions, and talk through what the project could become. If Sapphire is the right fit, we'll put together a clear scope, price, and next step from there.
